Airplane flying over mountains

Pasque flower

In Alaska’s interior one of the very first wildflowers to push up (sometimes even through remaining snow) is the Pasque Flower or  Spring Crocus. This flower is very attractive and if you look closely has a very hairy stem. It blooms in dry or sandy soil.

Order # - Wildflower 32
